至登体验教育培训有限公司成立于2000年，是一家专注于以体验为主的专业培训机构。作为国内唯一一家以“体验”命名的并经政府相关部门批准注册成立的专业公司。公司长期致力于企业文化、高绩效团队、卓越领导力、青少年素质教育、亲子教育、心灵探索与个人成长等专业课程的理论研究与培训实践。
公司独特的培训方式和课程体系，规模化地为客户提供培训解决方案，是实现客户与至登快速发展的保证。2003年，至登相继在深圳、广州、东莞、重庆、成都、长沙、贵阳等城市成立了分支机构，从而至登体验教育培训专业的成功经验，开始了向全国扩张的步伐，进一步奠定了至登在行业中的优势地位。

Great Education, founded in 2000, is an organization which provides participants with one-up services in the expansion of Expericence-based training programming to help others use experimental education as a catalyst for personal and professional change and growth.
Membership is essential to the vitality of an organization in some degree. A truly meaningful membership needs to be sustainable, reciprocal, ongoing and current. We feel that Experience-based Education programs are the most effective vehicles for achieving those goals. As the leader in the field of facilities-based Expericence Learning, Great Education has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over its 8-year history. This knowledge is encapsulated in our many program designs, in the many program adoptions and adaptations of our models at local sites such as some cities such as Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Chongqing,Chengdu,Changsha and
Guiyang., in our publications and in our own staff's skills and competencies.
Great Education 's Youth Leadership Institute is dedicated to the research and development of our models for empowering youth in schools, after school and in youth agencies. The youth empowerment model we have developed gives youth ownership for their behavior and culture.
We currently have some research partnership with some Universities, all of which are leading research universitis in outdoor education and experiential learning. Information, background, studies and articles about Great Education 's work can be found online. Through partnerships with schools and agencies, Great Education is researching and developing programs and materials that can be used anywhere.
Great Education 's renewed emphasis on research, documentation and evaluation will enable a consistency of quality and integrity to infuse the work of Experience. Only with solid data to support the claims of the efficacy of the Experience-learning tool can we effectively present the potential of our approach and methodologies to transform teaching and learning.
